  • Project planning & managing
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
  • Control and monitoring of project operation, budgets and key personnel staffing

  • Ensure the necessary follow-up actions of site matters involving government bodies, statutory boards, main contractors, customers
  • Ensure that all operations are carried out safely
  • At least 8 year(s) local experience in road, civil & building construction
  • Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by S'pore PE Board


  • Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes
  • Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction to the master and detailed work programmes
  • Liaise with customer's site representatives and subcontractors
  • Check construction drawings for accuracy and completeness for construction
  • Conduct inspections and checking on works
  • Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the customer and completion of the necessary rectification works
  • Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board


  • Conduct indoor and outdoor security patrols Prevent unauthorised entry, trespass, intrusion and acts of vandalism
  • Conduct crowd and vehicle traffic control
  • Control and direct traffic movements during morning and evening peak hours
  • Ensure that all personnel register at the designated security counters and issue visitor pass in exchange for valid photo identification documents.
  • Conduct audit check on security passes to ensure only authorised vehicle and personnel can access
  • Must possess PLRD license
  • Able to write and read simple English
  • Flexible work schedule

4) WSHO cum ECO

  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Company's ISO & OSHAS policies.
  • Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues
  • Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programme to the occupier of the construction site before work commences on the worksite
  • Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier of the construction site accordingly
  • Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations.
  • Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance
  • Responsible in accident reporting and investigations


  • Responsible for estimating and tender preparation
  • Responsible for administration of contracts and sub-contracts documentation
  • Responsible for promptly submission of progress claims and reports
  • To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters
  • To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.


  • Undertake and conduct allocated training and assessment load
  • Train and deliver various training packages
  • Define, establish and review training standards and processes to achieve training operational efficiency
  • Arrange and upkeep training venues, equipment and materials
  • Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned
  • Possess SA/SEC(K) & CET in Hydraulic Excavator Operation, HEO (Lifting / Non-lifting)
  • At least 4 years & above experience
  • With first Aid certificate is an advantage


  • Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitor the progress of the project
  • To carried out site work in accordance to construction programme
  • Ensure smooth progress of site works
  • To supervise drivers, operators, general worker and look after equipment at site
  • To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
  • At least 3 years working experience in Civil Engineering


  • NTC 3 in Automotive Technology or equivalent
  • Diesel Engine Certificate
  • At least 3 years & above experience
  • Class 3 driving licence


  • 3 years' experience in Diesel Engine repair
  • Class 3 driving licence
  • NTC 3 & above


  • Transport earth and aggregate
  • At least 3 years & above experience


  • Possess SA/SEC(K) & CET in Hydraulic Excavator Operation
  • PUB license
  • At least 2 years & above experience
